License Agreement

Type of License: Trial License.

The Balloon Calculus Organisation ("ballooncalculus.org") at 27 Shott Lane, SG6 1SD, England, is willing to license the software
program identified above ("Product") to you only upon the condition that
you accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this license
agreement ("Agreement").

1. ACCEPTANCE. Please read the Agreement carefully. By downloading,
installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you accept and
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

2. LICENSE TO USE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this
Agreement, ballooncalculus.org grants you a non-exclusive, non-
transferable, limited license without license fees to install and use,
for wholly educational and non-profit-making purposes, one copy of the
above Product on a single computer. ballooncalculus.org reserves all
rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement.

3. RESTRICTIONS. Software is confidential and copyrighted. You may not
modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Product. No right, title or
interest in or to any trademark, service mark, logo or trade name of
ballooncalculus.org is granted under this Agreement. You acknowledge the
author�s copyright on all text and diagrams displayed by the Product,
and agree to observe all pending applications by the author for
Trademark Registration of any text or diagram. You may not rent, lease,
loan or distribute the Product or derivative works based on the Product
or any part thereof except for your own internal use as permitted under
GRANT OF LICENSE. You may not transfer or assign your rights under this
license to another party without ballooncalculus.org's prior written
consent.

4. NO WARRANTY. This Product is provided on an "as is" basis without
warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not limited
to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. All other warranties are also expressly disclaimed.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Under no circumstances and under no legal
theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall ballooncalculus.org be
liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental,
or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation,
damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or
malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. In no
event will ballooncalculus.org be liable for any damages in excess of
the amount ballooncalulus.org received from you for a license to the
Product, even if ballooncalculus.org shall have been informed of the
possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.

6. TERMINATION. This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may
terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying your copy of the
Product. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from
ballooncalculus.org if you fail to comply with any provision of this
Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately should
any part of the product become, or in either party's opinion be likely
to become, the subject of a claim of infringement of any intellectual
property right. Upon Termination, you must destroy your copy of the
Product.
